Dishes You’ll Prepare:

Pad Thai: Thailand’s most famous stir-fried noodle dish, combining rice noodles with shrimp or chicken, tofu, eggs, peanuts, and fresh lime.
Green Curry: A fragrant and spicy curry made with coconut milk, green chilies, and a choice of chicken or vegetables.
Pad Kra Pao Moo: A beloved street food dish, featuring stir-fried rice with pak choi, topped with minced pork and finished with a perfectly fried egg.
